Oh wow - after reading this I think I would shoot myself. This article would have been more positive I think had she listed what you actually CAN eat. Great info if you have to watch out for gluten but not so good for someone who is thinking about changing their lifestyle. Great bunch of info though in the overall scheme of things.

Oh my gosh - this is an awesome opportunity to check out Val C. Designs and win one of her kits!
One of our CT members won a contest and since she already gets Val's goodies, she's generously offered to give her kit away. What a woman that Anyi is!!
So this is what to do:
1. Go to Val's store at Zig Zag Scrap
2. Pick out a kit you would love to win
3. Post here and tell us which kit you would love.
Collabs are not included in this but I must tell you - Val has some of the most AWESOME kits ever! I describe Val's kits as the ones where you sit down and start to scrap and everything just comes together - you don't ever have to go outside the kit to finish the page because something is missing, it's all there and her papers ... OMG ... don't even get me started on those. One word - AMAZING!!!

Also – there’s one day left to a giveaway being hosted on Cindy’s blog for my kit being released tomorrow, Bottled Memories. Hurry on over there before you run out of time! The giveaway ends tomorrow at 5pm EST!
I’m on the hunt for at least five more digiscrappers to join my creative team. All applicants of all abilities are being considered, don’t be afraid to apply! If you’re dedicated, kind, active in the digiscrap community, and hard working – then you’re exactly what I’m looking for in potential team members!
Team Member Requirements:
- create one layout for each new product, a minimum of three per month.
- post layouts in at least three galleries
- promote my products when you have the opportunity (ie ISO’s threads, social media outlets, your forum signature, etc.)
- be active on the creative team website and check in regularly.
- at least a three month commitment, guest spots available on request.
Team Member Benefits:
- team members can work with as many products of mine as they want, as long as they create a layout for each product downloaded.
- team members have the opportunity to also create for a template designer.
- team members get a large discount on all of my CU & S4H products.
- extra free goodies and discounts.
